Do I need to buy a power bank?
The jacket does not come with one, so yes, unless you already have a USB power bank at home. Any standard 5V bank works. For a full day on the middle setting, 10,000mAh or more is the right size. I would rather tell you now than have you open the box and find out.
Is the heater jacket safe to use?
Yes! Very safe when used properly.
Powered by a simple USB connection, our heating system uses insulated carbon fiber panels to keep you warm and comfortable. It features built-in temperature regulation that holds a steady temperature and shuts off before it can overheat. With InstaWarm™, you get reliable heat that is safe and simple to use.
How long will the battery last?
It depends on your power bank.
The jacket runs on a USB power bank, so how long the heat lasts comes down to the battery you use. A larger battery runs longer. A 10,000mAh power bank will comfortably see out a day on the lower settings.
High (Red): 113°F / 45°C
Medium (White): 95°F / 35°C
Low (Blue): 77°F / 25°C
Is the jacket heavy or bulky with the panels?
Not bulky at all and is as light as a regular jacket.

Can I wash the heated jacket?
Yes, machine washable. Just remember to remove the power bank.
Simply disconnect and remove the power bank, tuck the cable into its compartment, and wash on a gentle cycle. Air-dry only. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry-cleaning to protect the internal heating system.
Is the jacket windproof or waterproof?
Yes, water and wind resistant.
The outer shell is designed to repel light rain and block wind, keeping both you and the internal panels protected. While it's fine for everyday winter weather, we recommend pairing it with a waterproof shell for heavy downpours.
Can I control the level of heat?
Yes, there are 3 different heat levels.
Our Jacket features three distinct temperature settings, allowing you to easily adjust your warmth to match the conditions outside. Using the simple system, you can toggle between heat levels to find your perfect comfort zone.
High (Red): 113°F / 45°C, for the coldest conditions.
Medium (White): 95°F / 35°C, steady warmth for everyday use.
Low (Blue): 77°F / 25°C, gentle heat for extended outdoor time.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Your order is packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 days. Delivery is usually 10 to 20 business days in the US, and you can see every country in the shipping table. Tracking follows 3 to 5 days after dispatch. If you have no tracking a week after dispatch, email me.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@instawarm.shop
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for any reason, whether it is faulty or simply not for you. Email me first and I will tell you where to send it. Once it arrives I refund the full purchase price. Return postage is yours to cover unless the jacket is faulty or damaged, in which case I cover it. Please put your name and order number in the parcel.
If your order is still on its way, wait for it to arrive before returning it.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at support@instawarm.shop
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@instawarm.shop. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch takes 3 to 5 days everywhere. From there, delivery is 10 to 20 business days for the USA, Australia and Europe, 12 to 25 business days for Canada, and 15 to 30 business days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping page for the full breakdown.
